How to Register Factories & Establishments in Bangladesh
The authority of the factory must apply to the District offices of the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments for construction, establishment, expansion, obtaining a license, or renewing it.
Documents Required:
- Construction design of the factory
- Photocopy of the trade license
- Duly filled in Form 1 and Form 2
- Memorandum of Association (for Limited Companies only)
- Original copy of the license fee or renewal fee or Treasury Challan
- Receipt of License and Renewal Fee payment according to the number of workers
